In total, these improvements will cost $11-million and include:
- Performance hall sound quality and structural upgrades including an expanded stage.
- Flexible co-working space providing a quality, energetic work atmosphere.
- Elevator installation to ensure accessibility for all users, patrons, and visitors.
- HVAC replacement and utilities upgrades to maximize comfort and environmental sustainability.
- Improved safety features including fire sprinkling.
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades.
- A more welcoming approach to the building including new sidewalk with landscaping and exterior lighting.
- Complete lobby transformation including addition of a box office and concession stand.
- Upgrading the kitchen to be certifiable for commercial use with additional prep tables and cold storage to increase the capacity for kitchen users.
- Enhanced daylighting throughout the building.
