In total, these improvements will cost $11-million and include:

  • Performance hall sound quality and structural upgrades including an expanded stage.
  • Flexible co-working space providing a quality, energetic work atmosphere.
  • Elevator installation to ensure accessibility for all users, patrons, and visitors.
  • HVAC replacement and utilities upgrades to maximize comfort and environmental sustainability.
  • Improved safety features including fire sprinkling.
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades.
  • A more welcoming approach to the building including new sidewalk with landscaping and exterior lighting.
  • Complete lobby transformation including addition of a box office and concession stand.
  • Upgrading the kitchen to be certifiable for commercial use with additional prep tables and cold storage to increase the capacity for kitchen users.
  • Enhanced daylighting throughout the building.
