Facility Rental Application

If you are in need of a sound system, recording technician, or streaming capabilities the Building Manager can direct you to persons who are qualified to run our in-house systems. They will communicate with you regarding their fees and billing procedures.

Renter must provide door security if the building will be accessed by the general public. If you are unable to provide your own security, the Building Manager can direct you to persons who are qualified to perform this service. There is a $15/hr charge for this service that will be included on your invoice.

To secure your date on the calendar, a 50% deposit is required. A full refund of your deposit will be given if cancellation notification is received 30 days prior to the event. A 50% refund of your deposit will be given if cancellation notification is received 14-29 days prior to the event. Once we have received your application, we will send an invoice detailing the charges you can expect to incur. Please submit your deposit as soon as this invoice is received.

The KNAC prides itself in being a shared / collaborative use facility. During your event, other building users may be engaged in community-service activities adjacent to your event. We simply ask that everyone exercise general hospitality with any building users outside of your party.
